Lingerie bottoms and bodysuits, due to hygiene reasons
In the unlikely event that your swimwear or intimates get damaged please contact us within 1 month at email@example.com with an image of the damaged item and we will get back to you right away. No exceptions after 1 month.
Sale items can be returned (only bra’s and swimpieces). We don’t offer a refund for sale items but you will receive a store credit less shipping costs. Orders made with a coupon will be handled like a sale item. Only the ”15% off when subscribing to the newsletter” will be handled like a full priced item. You can exchange with your store credit. We don’t do exchange manually.
FULL PRICED ITEMS
Full priced items can be returned for a refund (minus shipping costs). If you wish to exchange, you will get a store credit including your shipping costs to order the right size/item. Orders made with a coupon will be handled like a sale item. Only the ”15% off when subscribing to the newsletter” will be handled like a full priced item.
HOW TO RETURN
Send us a message below. Note your order number. Write down the reason for return in the main text. Also write down if you want to receive a refund (full priced items) or a store credit (full priced and sale items). We cannot process your return if we didn’t received the message. You don’t have to wait for an answer. Then, send the package back to the address below. We will not accept the package if it doesn’t match with the requirements at the bottom of the page.
We will refund the money within 2 weeks. If you have chosen a store credit, it will be visible max 3 days after we received the package (we strive to do it earlier).
• Try on the swim bottoms OVER your underwear. We cannot accept items that have been fitted without underwear.
• All items are handled with care and great attention, therefore we must ask you to return the items unwashed, unworn, unsoiled. They cannot have stains from make-up, deodorant smells (or stains) or other substance on them. Hangtags need to be on it and hygienic stickers need to be not pulled off. We cannot accept returns that do not meet above requirements. For more information, please read our terms and conditions.
• Please note WILDBAY SWIM reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above.
• Customers are responsible for the returning costs. You will not receive a store credit for the returning costs.
All items must be returned (so posted at the postal office) within 14 days of receiving your parcel, in their original condition
