How to control your calorie intake during holidays

Christmas is over, New Year’s Eve is just around the corner. We ate to much with Christmas, for sure. But how can we control our calorie intake during these holidays? And how can you control your calorie intake during birthday parties? We will tell you, but one thing is necessary when controlling your calorie / macro intake: stick to it because it is actually good for your body.

Let’s project an example of how to control your macro intake during New Year’s Eve with chips and small dishes.

Meal 1 at 10:00 a.m.: 2 scoops of whey protein in water

Meal 1 at 2:00 p.m.: 2 scoops of whey protein in water

Meal 3 at 7:00 p.m.: chips, chicken, salsa, guacamole, toast, ice cream

As I mentioned in the free booty guide: it is not about the time of the day you take your calories. It is about the total amount of calories and macros in one day. If you don’t like whey protein for your protein, just eat another lean protein source. The best supplement brand is Legion. It is expensive but the quality is amazing!
