Next to that, we contribute to a better life for the people in Bali by paying part of their health insurance (and for their family).

WHERE ARE THE BIKINIES DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED?
The bikinies of WILDBAY SWIM are designed in the Netherlands and manufactured in Bali. The bikinies are made in Bali, because in Bali you can live the optimal island life.
We are unable to name our suppliers for privacy reasons, but we can confirm that our international factory is ethical and fair trade and we visit the them on a regular basis.
ARE THE BIKINIES RECYCLED?
Yes! They are. Recycled clothing and swimwear is the future and we want to give people affordable, recycled, high quality luxury since recycled swimwear is always so expensive. We want to start with changing the mindset and not care about profit, but a better world to live in.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BIKINI?
To ensure your new bikini has a long life, it is recommended that you follow our care instructions here.
CAN I PURCHASE WILDBAY SWIM IN STORE?
WILDBAY SWIM is based exclusively online.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
We only ship to Europe. In the beginning of 2020 we will start shipping outside of the EU.

WHAT IS THE PURCHASE PRICE CURRENCY?
All prices found on wildbayswim.com are listed in Euro (EU) and Dollar and include tax. We can’t provide you information about the current exchange rate, because the actual international currency conversion that your bank charges may vary.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?
Your order may be subject to import fees, duties and/or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The amount may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. Our prices do not include these fees, duties and/or taxes and we are not responsible.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with a confirmation of your purchase. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email that contains your tracking information. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has already been shipped.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
All of our orders are processed Monday to Saturday and are shipped with 24 hours of purchase. Orders are not processed on Sunday or Dutch public holidays. Please check the shipping information here.
